Pallavi joins Electrolux Group from Honeywell, where she served as Senior HR Director for Asia Pacific, supporting regional growth through talent strategy, organisational transformation, workforce planning and people capability development.
Her career also includes HR leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, Fidelity, Xerox International and Tata Power, giving her extensive experience across people strategy, organisational development and leadership in global environments.
In her new role, Pallavi will focus on strengthening people and culture initiatives across APAC while supporting Electrolux Group’s regional growth and leadership priorities.
