Visionary Leader Mansi Nigam has been appointed Chief People and Culture Officer, India at Allianz Technology, strengthening the organisation’s leadership focus on talent strategy and workplace transformation. In this role, she will lead the people and culture agenda, driving strategic talent initiatives, enhancing organisational capability, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance work environment across India operations.

Mandi brings extensive experience in human resources leadership across global organisations. Prior to this, she served at BNY as Senior Vice President – HR Business Partner, where she led global HR for Fund Services Operations and regional HR for India. She has also held leadership roles at Syngenta, focusing on talent management and organisational development across South Asia.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, and began her professional journey at Tata Consultancy Services.
