Visionary Leader Aditi Jadhav has been promoted to Deputy Manager at Godrej Industries Limited (Chemicals), marking another significant milestone in her HR leadership journey with the organization.

Having been associated with Godrej Industries for over seven years, Aditi has steadily progressed through key human resources roles, demonstrating expertise across HR business partnering, industrial relations, labour welfare, administration, employee engagement, and training & development. Prior to her promotion, she served as Assistant Manager, where she played an important role in driving people practices and workforce initiatives across the business.

Before joining Godrej Industries, she worked with Pest Control India (PCI) as Senior Associate IR, gaining valuable experience in industrial relations and employee management.
