Leadership
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) has appointed Amber Dubey as Chief Executive Officer (Aero), marking a strategic move to strengthen leadership across its rapidly expanding aviation business. In this role, Amber will lead the group’s overall airport and aviation strategy, with a strong focus on operational excellence, infrastructure development, capacity expansion, and long-term growth across Adani’s airport portfolio.
Amber brings a rare combination of policy acumen, advisory expertise, and industry leadership to the role. Prior to joining Adani Airport Holdings, he served as Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company, where he worked closely with global and Indian clients on aviation strategy, transformation, and large-scale infrastructure programs.
Earlier in his career, Amber held several influential public-sector roles, including Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, and Acting Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University, contributing to policy formulation, institutional development, and sectoral reforms. He also spent many years at KPMG India as Partner and Head – Aviation & Defence, advising airports, airlines, and aerospace organisations.
His appointment underscores Adani’s ambition to build world-class, future-ready airport infrastructure aligned with India’s growing aviation demand.
CXO TechBOT wishes Amber Dubey continued success in leading Adani’s aviation growth and transformation journey.
