Cipla Limited has announced the appointment of Achin Gupta as its Managing Director and Global Chief Executive Officer (MD & GCEO), effective April 1, 2026. Currently serving as Global Chief Operating Officer, Achin brings over two decades of global pharmaceutical leadership marked by innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

His elevation signifies a major step in Cipla’s succession strategy and reinforces its long-term vision of purpose-driven healthcare leadership.
