India-based fintech platform SalarySe has raised $11.3 million in a Series A funding round, led by Flourish Ventures, with participation from Susquehanna Asia VC, and returning investors Peak XV’s Surge and Pravega Ventures. The funding marks a major milestone in SalarySe’s mission to revolutionize salary-linked financial solutions for India’s workforce.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to scale its payments, credit, and money management offerings, making them more affordable, personalized, and seamless for users. Founded in 2023, SalarySe leverages an employer-linked model and AI-driven employee wellness features to help salaried professionals manage finances more effectively and reduce financial stress.
“Our goal is to reimagine salary-linked financial products that empower employees to take control of their financial wellbeing,” said Piyush Bagaria, Co-founder of SalarySe.
Looking ahead, SalarySe aims to partner with over 1,000 corporates and onboard 20 million employees in the next three years, cementing its position as the go-to financial partner for India’s salaried class.
