Accor Partners with Oracle to Migrate Global Properties to OPERA Cloud PMS Technology

Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, has announced the migration of its global properties to Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS), marking a significant step in its digital transformation journey. The move will help Accor streamline hotel operations, enhance guest experiences, and ensure consistent service delivery across its extensive global portfolio.

By leveraging a secure, cloud-based PMS platform, Accor can standardize information at both individual property and portfolio levels, enabling better monitoring of performance, data-driven decision-making, and personalized guest services worldwide.

“Implementing a global cloud-based PMS is part of our drive to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for guests, and to optimize operations across our global footprint,” said Jean Noel Lau Keng Lun, Chief Distribution Officer, Accor. He emphasized Oracle’s collaborative approach in transforming the partnership into a strategic business alliance.

In addition, Accor has chosen Oracle OPERA Cloud Sales and Event Management as a preferred solution to support its rapidly expanding multi-billion-dollar meetings and events business. This will provide staff with a unified view of venues while empowering guests and event planners with digital self-service tools to seamlessly book venues, guestrooms, and catering services.

Alex Alt, EVP and GM of Oracle Consumer Industries, noted that OPERA Cloud will enable Accor to adapt faster, leverage insights effectively, and set new benchmarks for guest and staff experiences with an API-rich, intuitive platform.
