Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has appointed Shivani Sharma as the Global Head of Marketing – Innovation, where she will lead initiatives to position TCS as an innovation-driven partner across industries, academia, clients, media, and analyst ecosystems.
With more than 25 years at TCS, Shivani has held key leadership roles, including Global Head – Industry Analyst Relations and Corporate Analyst Relations, delivering award-winning programs that have strengthened the company’s global recognition. Notably, she spearheaded a globally acclaimed analytics program for a medical devices client and consistently elevated TCS’s rankings with top analyst firms.
In her new role, Shivani will shape TCS’s global innovation narrative across AI/Gen AI, Sustainability, Software Engineering, Industry Cloud, and eCommerce. She will also continue to build strong engagement with analysts, academia, and media to reinforce TCS’s leadership.
An MBA in Marketing from SPJIMR, Mumbai, with executive education from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Shivani has earned global accolades, including The Drum Awards 2022 and a #2 ranking from IIAR in 2021.
