Quess Corp Limited has appointed Kannan KCS as CBO – Business Head, Manufacturing & Industrials, further strengthening its leadership team to drive workforce transformation and industry-focused solutions.

With more than 20 years of experience across India, Sri Lanka, and the UK, Kannan has established a strong track record in business strategy, operations leadership, skill development, and workforce transformation. Prior to joining Quess Corp, he served as COO at Yashaswi Group, where he successfully led a 200+ member team to deliver operational excellence. He has also held senior leadership positions at Yashaswi Academy for Skills, LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd., Amaaze Aviation Academy, and AHA Air Hostess Academy.

Renowned for his expertise in staffing, apprenticeship programs (NAPS & NATS), CSR initiatives, and large-scale skilling projects, Kannan brings a unique blend of innovation, execution, and people-centric leadership to his new role.

At Quess Corp, he will be instrumental in strengthening the Manufacturing & Industrials vertical, expanding market presence, and shaping future-ready workforce solutions.
