Arpan, a leading non-profit organization working to eliminate child sexual abuse through prevention, intervention, advocacy, and systemic change, has announced the appointment of Visionary Leader Vaishali Jambotkar as Associate Director – People & Culture, Administration and IT.
With over 20 years of rich experience in human resources and administration, Vaishali has successfully led transformative initiatives across the corporate and social sectors. She previously served as Regional HR Lead at TeamLease Foundation, Head of HR, Administration, L&D and Volunteering at Kotak Education Foundation, and held leadership responsibilities at Educate Girls, where she transitioned from corporate to the development sector, driving meaningful impact. Earlier in her career, she contributed to organizations such as KA Hospitality, Nevales Networks, and Apara Enterprise Solutions.
Academically, Vaishali holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development & Management from JBIMS, along with diplomas in Social Entrepreneurship (NMIMS) and Business Management (Welingkar Institute).
In her new role at Arpan, she will play a pivotal part in shaping people strategy, organizational culture, and operational excellence, further strengthening the organization’s mission.
