Sagility has announced the appointment of Reena Dhir Arora as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition, where she will lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent development for the organisation.

Reena brings nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, and leadership roles across leading organisations. Prior to joining Sagility, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition – Technology & Shared Services at Providence India, where she successfully implemented large-scale hiring strategies and strengthened talent pipelines to support rapid organisational growth.

Earlier, she spent over eight years at Optum, rising to Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, managing global and high-volume hiring operations in Gurugram. Reena has also held leadership roles at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, Profinders HR Services, and Jobs Avenue HR Services, beginning her career with Mahindra Satyam BPO and Startek India (Aegis Global).

Known for her expertise in strategic hiring, vendor management, and talent development, Reena’s appointment reflects Sagility’s commitment to building a strong workforce and supporting sustainable growth in the healthcare and IT-enabled services sector.
