Cleantech startup QuantE Energy Tech has raised $500,000 in seed funding from early-stage venture capital firm Trillion Dollar Venture (TDV) Partners and prominent angel investors, including Raghunandan G (founder, Zolve and TaxiForSure), Amit Lakhotia (founder, Park+), Ankit Gupta (president, Brookfields), and Hari Krishnan Nair (cofounder, Great Learning). The company also raised an undisclosed amount through debt and related instruments.
Founded in 2024, QuantE focuses on distributed solar and clean energy solutions for residential households and housing societies—an area that remains largely untapped in India’s clean energy transition. Its platform integrates AI- and IoT-powered technologies with innovative financing models to overcome barriers like high upfront costs, poor servicing, and limited awareness.
“While urban solar projects have expanded rapidly, residential and community segments face real barriers. QuantE is using technology to eliminate these challenges and make clean energy more accessible,” said Akshat Khare, cofounder of QuantE.
Currently, the startup offers energy profiling, smart monitoring, predictive maintenance, and community models for solar, EV charging, and energy storage. It has already deployed pilots in 13 residential societies across Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi-NCR.
The fresh capital will fuel expansion in top metros, launch community solar pilots, strengthen financing partnerships, and build a proprietary solar+AI hardware/software stack to enhance monitoring and optimization.
CXO TechBOT congratulates QuantE Energy Tech on this milestone toward accelerating India’s clean energy future.
