AI
The lab is built around four capability pillars: Manufacturing Intelligence, AI-Native Factory, Operations AI and Autonomy, and LTTS’ unified EIOne platform. Its AI-Native Factory environment uses NVIDIA-accelerated technologies, including Omniverse, Isaac Sim, PhysX, Cosmos and NeMo, alongside OpenUSD-based digital twin workflows.
The facility enables customers and partners to explore and validate AI-driven manufacturing processes, simulation-first approaches and autonomous operations. LTTS CEO and Managing Director Amit Chadha said the lab brings engineering intelligence into a practical manufacturing environment, while NVIDIA’s Managing Director for South Asia, Vishal Dhupar, highlighted its role in advancing industrial transformation through simulation and accelerated computing.
The Bigger Picture
The launch reflects the growing adoption of AI, digital twins and simulation technologies as manufacturers seek to improve production efficiency, optimise factory operations and accelerate industrial transformation.
CXO TechBOT Perspective
LTTS’ new lab highlights the convergence of engineering, AI and industrial simulation. By combining NVIDIA’s accelerated computing ecosystem with digital twin workflows and autonomous systems, the company is helping manufacturers explore and validate next-generation factory solutions before deploying them in real-world environments.
