Bhrigu most recently served as Google’s Market HR Leader for India. His experience spans talent acquisition, rewards, performance management, learning and organisational development. His previous leadership experience at SAP across international markets gives him an understanding of the company’s people strategy and organisational priorities.
His appointment comes as India strengthens its role in SAP’s global innovation, research and business growth. His expertise in human resources and organisational development is expected to support talent development, strengthen employee engagement and align people strategies with the company’s evolving business needs.
