Kapil brings extensive experience in supply chain technology, demand planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), analytics and enterprise systems. He has been associated with Reckitt for over nine years, holding several roles across IT, digital and supply chain functions.
Most recently, he served as Regional Supply Capability Head – Asia & Africa and IT&D Senior Product Manager, leading initiatives related to demand planning, integrated business planning and technology roadmaps.
Before Reckitt, Kapil spent over five years at Fractal Analytics, where he led analytics engagements, supply chain solutions and business intelligence initiatives. Earlier, he held project management and technology roles at HCL Technologies and Infosys.
His experience across global deployment, supply chain systems and digital transformation will support Reckitt’s planning and operational priorities.
