The fresh capital will support strategic acquisitions, expand service offerings and strengthen its international presence. The company is in advanced discussions to close multiple acquisitions over the next two quarters. In November 2024, Tessolve acquired Germany-based Dream Chip Technologies GmbH in a ₹400 crore deal.

Founded in 2004, Tessolve provides end-to-end semiconductor engineering services, including chip design, validation, testing and embedded systems. It is also developing artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) chips for companies building AI infrastructure.

The company previously raised $150 million in 2025, led by TPG Growth, taking its cumulative funding to $265 million.

The latest investment comes amid growing investor interest in India’s deeptech ecosystem, supported by government initiatives such as India Semiconductor Mission 2.0 and increased funding for semiconductor design, robotics and advanced hardware startups.
