In his new role, Dharmendra will lead Accenture Edge’s strategic direction, growth agenda and innovation priorities, with an emphasis on delivering long-term value for clients, employees and stakeholders. He will focus on strengthening the business’s capabilities to address the evolving technology and transformation needs of mid-market organisations.
Dharmendra joins Accenture from Rackspace Technology, where he served as President of the Public Cloud Business Unit. Before that, he held several senior leadership positions at Cognizant, including President of North America and Executive Vice President and President of Global Client Services.
His experience spans technology services, public cloud, digital transformation, global client relationships and business growth.
Dharmendra succeeds Srini Subramanian, who helped establish Accenture Edge’s proposition for mid-market clients. Under his leadership, the business will focus on combining Accenture’s global scale, ecosystem partnerships and talent to support mid-market companies.
