Ajay brings extensive expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, change management and programme management across the IT and ITES industries. In his new role, he will lead regional talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on attracting and hiring diverse talent aligned with the company’s business objectives.
His professional experience includes building senior-level stakeholder relationships, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing virtual teams and driving employer branding initiatives. He also brings expertise in HRIS, HR analytics, regional process improvement and talent development.
Ajay’s appointment reflects the importance of strategic talent acquisition and workforce development in supporting Siemens Healthineers’ continued growth across the AMEA region.
