Knorr-Bremse India Pvt. Ltd., a global leader in braking systems and rail vehicle technology, has announced the appointment of Hitesh Parashar as Director – Quality RVS India. This strategic appointment highlights the company’s commitment to advancing quality systems and operational excellence in the rail vehicle sector.

With nearly two decades of experience, Hitesh has built a distinguished career across renowned organizations including Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment Business), JBM Group, Subros Limited, Visteon Corporation, and The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd. His expertise spans supplier and customer quality assurance, plant quality management, and new product development—making him a proven leader in strengthening global quality frameworks.

An alumnus of the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, Hitesh is recognized for his ability to align quality processes with business growth, driving innovation and efficiency. In his new role, he will spearhead Knorr-Bremse India’s quality initiatives, reinforcing its leadership in the rail vehicle systems market.
