Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has appointed Bharadwaj Rallabandi as Managing Director within its Business Transformation Services practice, further strengthening its leadership in consumer goods, retail, and life sciences sectors. Based in Bengaluru, Bharadwaj will focus on enterprise-wide transformation, digital acceleration, M&A-led change, and AI-driven innovation.

With over 18 years of experience, Bharadwaj has led strategic and digital transformation programs, AI-powered growth strategies, and multi-market change initiatives for global clients. At Accenture Strategy, he spearheaded large-scale engagements, orchestrating digital commerce and channel strategies. His leadership at Johnson & Johnson as CIO covered technology-enabled business transformation across South Asia and North Asia, while at Unilever, he drove enterprise programs in eCommerce, go-to-market models, and operational excellence across multiple regions.
