ALLEN Online has announced the appointment of Rakesh Ranjan as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant leadership move in the digital education space.

Rakesh brings over 18 years of diverse experience in strategy, operations, and leadership. He most recently served as CEO of Zomato Food Delivery, where he led the business to profitability and scaled operations from a handful of cities to over 1,000 across India. He also helmed Hyperpure by Zomato and served as Chief Sales Officer – Food Delivery and Vice President – Food Delivery, playing a pivotal role in Zomato’s rapid expansion.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), CMS Info Systems, PwC, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, and Evalueserve, building deep expertise in business growth, innovation, and transformation.

An Indian School of Business (ISB) alumnus, awarded a merit scholarship, Rakesh now takes charge of ALLEN Online with a vision to drive digital transformation and build AI-powered learning solutions for the future of education.
