Srirup Sircar has stepped into the role of Senior Director and HR Head – Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and HR Operations for Cipla’s One India Business, expanding his leadership responsibilities after more than 11 years with the pharmaceutical company.
Srirup most recently served as Senior Director and HR Head for Cipla’s Respiratory Cluster, a role he held from January 2023 to September 2026. Before that, he was Director – Human Resources for the Respiratory Cluster, leading strategic people initiatives at the national level.
During his tenure at Cipla, he has progressed through several HR leadership positions, including Associate Director – HR for Cipla India Business. His experience spans talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations and strategic human resource management.
Before joining Cipla, Srirup spent more than 12 years at Abbott, where he served as Chief Manager – HR and worked across sales, training and human resources. He also managed HR support for a large field workforce across multiple divisions.
