Coromandel International Limited has appointed Vikas Arora as Vice President – Human Resources for its Nutrition Business. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening people practices and supporting organisational transformation across the business.
Vikas brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing and consumer durables sectors. Before joining Coromandel, he served as Head – Human Resources & Industrial Relations at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI), where he led the HR and IR function.
Earlier in his career, Vikas held leadership roles at Carrier Midea India, Fujifilm India and MeritTrac, building expertise in human resource management and organisational development.
His extensive experience in HR leadership is expected to support Coromandel’s people strategy and business priorities.
