Shiney Prasad has been appointed as Head of Global Capability Centers at Aon, reinforcing the organization’s focus on expanding its global delivery and transformation capabilities.

In this role, Prasad will lead the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of Aon’s GCC ecosystem, leveraging India’s position as a strategic hub for innovation, analytics, and shared services. His mandate includes scaling high-impact capabilities that support enterprise transformation and deliver enhanced value to clients worldwide.

With over three decades of leadership experience, Prasad has held senior roles at Guardian Life, Ernst & Young, Sun Life, and AIG. He has a strong track record in building and scaling global capability centers and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Asia.
