Kulmeet Bawa has been appointed Managing Director and Group Vice President for India and the SAARC region at ServiceNow, effective April 6, based in New Delhi. His appointment marks a strategic move as ServiceNow strengthens its leadership in a key high-growth market.

Kulmeet joins from SAP, where he served as Global Chief Revenue Officer, and previously held leadership roles including President and Managing Director at SAP India and President and Managing Director for South Asia at Adobe.

With over a decade of service as a cavalry officer in the Indian Army, Kulmeet brings a unique blend of leadership discipline and deep industry expertise. His experience across global markets and regional ecosystems positions him to accelerate growth and strengthen customer partnerships.

At ServiceNow, he will focus on driving enterprise adoption and unlocking the full potential of the platform across India and SAARC.
