Visionary Leader Ekta Doshi has been elevated to Vice President at Marsh McLennan, effective April 2026. This promotion follows her impactful three-year tenure supporting senior leadership and marks her transition into a strategic leadership role within the organization.

In her new position, Doshi will drive strategic placements, advanced risk analytics, and innovative employee benefits solutions for Marsh McLennan’s corporate portfolio in India. Her role will be instrumental in enhancing data-driven decision-making and delivering customized risk management frameworks for clients.

With over six years of experience across Marsh McLennan companies, she has built strong expertise in employee benefits and placements. Prior to this, she held roles at HDFC Bank, TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, and Generali Central Insurance.
