A seasoned technology leader, Seema brings deep expertise in digital transformation, GenAI adoption, automation platforms, and talent capability building at scale. In her new role, she will lead eDAS’s strategic growth initiatives, strengthening its position as a trusted partner in digital, automation, and platform transformation services.

Prior to this, Seema served as Director – Tech Transformation (Finance & Risk) at NatWest Group, where she led AI-driven modernization, global collaboration programs, and enterprise-wide digitization aligned with business priorities. Her previous experience spans leadership roles at Infogain, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys, where she drove global automation initiatives, Workday Extend deployments, and learning ecosystem development.
