Zoho Launches AI-Native ERP Platform from Tamil Nadu, Targeting India’s Growing Enterprises Enterprise AI

Zoho has unveiled Zoho ERP, an AI-native enterprise resource planning platform, marking a significant milestone in India’s enterprise software landscape. Launched from Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, the platform is positioned as a robust, homegrown alternative to global ERP solutions, reinforcing Zoho’s long-term commitment to building world-class technology products from India for Indian businesses.

Designed specifically for fast-growing organizations that have outgrown basic accounting and financial tools, Zoho ERP brings together financial management, billing, supply chain operations, omnichannel commerce, and payroll within a unified platform. The solution integrates low-code and no-code capabilities, enabling enterprises to customize workflows, scale operations, and control implementation costs without heavy dependence on external system integrators.

A defining feature of Zoho ERP is its deeply embedded artificial intelligence architecture. Rather than layering AI as an add-on, the platform incorporates intelligence across core processes, enabling automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and contextual insights. Users also benefit from voice-based assistance powered by Ask Zia, Zoho’s in-house AI engine, supporting faster decision-making and operational efficiency.

Speaking on the launch, Sivaramakrishnan Iswaran, Global Head of Finance and Operations Business Unit at Zoho, highlighted the platform’s ability to seamlessly connect fintech, banking, and business applications, while delivering built-in local compliance and a role-based user experience tailored to Indian enterprises.

With Zoho ERP, the company aims to accelerate digital transformation for mid-market and large Indian organizations, offering a scalable, compliant, and intelligent ERP alternative built entirely within the country.
