Visionary Leader Yashpal Singh Rawat has been promoted to Senior Vice President at Fortis Healthcare and currently serves as the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Head at Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI), the organization’s flagship healthcare facility in Gurugram.

In his expanded leadership role, Rawat will continue to drive strategic operations, institutional growth, and patient-centric healthcare initiatives while strengthening operational excellence across the facility. Since April 2024, he has been serving as Vice President and Facility Director at FMRI Gurugram, where he played a key role in enhancing operational performance, clinical coordination, and service delivery standards.

Prior to this, he served as Facility Director at Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj, where he led initiatives focused on strengthening clinical governance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the hospital’s growth strategy.
