Deepak brings over 29 years of global leadership experience, spanning Fortune 50 telecom organisations, large-scale managed services, and entrepreneurial consulting. In his role at X-PM, he will work closely with promoters, boards, and executive teams to lead high-impact transition and transformation programmes, bridging strategy with disciplined execution.

Known for building and scaling global delivery organisations and Global Capability Centers, Deepak brings deep expertise in digital transformation, AI and automation, cloud modernisation, operational excellence, and governance-led execution. Prior to joining X-PM, he served as CEO of First Water Partners, advising enterprises on operating model transformation and AI-led productivity. Earlier, at AT&T, he led complex multi-geography initiatives focused on service delivery modernisation and global operations.

With this appointment, X-PM continues to strengthen its leadership bench as organisations navigate increasing complexity and change.
