Walgreens to Set Up First Global Capability Centre in Chennai

ZUS healthcare company Walgreens is set to establish its first Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, choosing Chennai as the location for its new operations.

The centre is expected to create more than 250 jobs, spanning technology, business operations and specialised functions. The move will give Walgreens access to Chennai’s established talent pool and growing digital ecosystem while expanding its global operational capabilities in India.
