Jim Young Joins Zelis as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer

Jim Young has joined Zelis as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, taking on the role in September 2026 as the healthcare payments technology company enters its next phase of growth.

In his new position, Jim will contribute to the company’s financial and administrative leadership while supporting Zelis’ mission to transform the healthcare financial system for payers, providers and members.

Jim brings more than two decades of exemplary experience across finance, strategy and business leadership. Before joining Zelis, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Coalition, where he spent more than four years. Earlier, he was CFO at Indigo and held the CFO role at Broadridge for over six years.

His career also includes nearly eight years at Visa, where he served as Senior Vice President, Finance, along with earlier leadership roles at Arena Solutions and Grand Central Communications. He began his career in investment banking at Bank of America, formerly Montgomery Securities.
