Ramaiy K has been appointed CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of SuperGrid Group, marking a new chapter in his career spanning infrastructure investments, data centres, and real estate.
With nearly two decades of exemplary experience in infrastructure and real estate investments, Ramaiy brings expertise in acquisitions, financial modelling, fundraising, deal structuring, and strategic business development. Since 2019, he has played a significant role in building data centre portfolios across India, contributing to major investments, asset acquisitions, and commercial negotiations.
Before joining SuperGrid Group, Ramaiy served as EVP - ACQUISITIONS & INVESTMENTS, APAC, at Tillman Digital Gateway, focusing on greenfield and brownfield data centre opportunities across the region. Earlier, at Kotak Alternate Asset Managers, he handled a US$120 million equity investment in Sify Infinit Spaces and supported its IPO process. At CapitaLand, he contributed to developing India’s data centre portfolio, including a planned 200 MW IT load capacity.
In his new role, Ramaiy will lead SuperGrid Group’s data centre platform spanning network infrastructure, IaaS, neocloud, and GPU capabilities.
