Neha Richharia has been appointed as Partner - People Consulting at EY, taking on a leadership role focused on supporting Financial Services clients in establishing and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
In her new role, Neha will work with organisations on People Advisory, HR transformation, employee experience, talent strategy, and GCC development, helping businesses build effective people and organisational frameworks to support their growth.
Neha brings extensive experience across EY, Cognizant, GE Power, and GE Capital, with a career spanning several areas of human resources and organisational transformation. Her expertise includes HR business partnering, GCC setup and transformation, talent management, organisational development, change management, employee experience, leadership hiring, HR operations, and diversity and inclusion.
Her experience across technology, financial services, and global business environments adds depth to her new mandate at EY, particularly as organisations continue to evolve their workforce and GCC strategies.
