Vishal Jain Elevated to Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer at Accenture India

Vishal Jain elevated to Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer at Accenture in India, taking responsibility for financial stewardship, governance, statutory and regulatory matters, financial due diligence, and key Board and statutory committee responsibilities. Alongside his India CFO mandate, he continues to lead Accenture’s Finance Global Capability Centre in India and Global Forecasting & Planning, supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management and decision-making. He previously served as Managing Director – Global Head of Enterprise Forecasting & Planning, driving financial forecasting, quarterly earnings guidance and finance transformation through Agentic AI and decision-intelligence platforms.

Before joining Accenture, he spent more than 18 years with American Express Banking Corporation, including as Chief Financial Officer for the India Card business and Vice President – Data Strategy & Insights, Global Commercial Services. At American Express, he led financial strategy for a $10 billion annual spend portfolio, developed analytics capabilities and built client-facing commercial insights platforms. Earlier, he held leadership roles spanning Global Financial Operations, Analytics and Oracle Business Intelligence. His career also includes strategic planning and SAP ERP implementation roles at Polyplex and BILT.
