Visionary Leader Venkat Natarajan has been elevated to Director – Market Access at AstraZeneca India, effective April 1, 2026. Following his impactful tenure as Lead – Market Access since January 2024, he now joins the Country Leadership Team, reflecting his growing influence within the organization.

In his new role, Natarajan will spearhead the company’s “2030 Ambition” strategy, leading a senior team to drive innovative pricing, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), and patient affordability initiatives across Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Respiratory segments. His mandate will focus on expanding access to critical therapies while ensuring sustainable healthcare models.

With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, he has held leadership roles at Pfizer, Novartis Oncology, MSD, and Sanofi.
