Before joining UNiDAYS, Mona served as Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff at Perkbox, where she guided the company through a significant growth phase and acquisition, championing employee engagement and organizational agility. She also founded Path Forward Limited, an executive coaching firm dedicated to leadership development and cultural transformation.

Earlier in her career, Mona held senior HR roles at CPP Investments, RBC Capital Markets, and CIBC, shaping people strategies that supported global business objectives.

At UNiDAYS, Mona will lead the company’s global people and culture agenda, strengthening its mission to empower young people worldwide through an innovative and inclusive workplace.
