An alumnus of Government Polytechnic, Nanded, Balaji has held senior leadership roles at Ipca Laboratories Limited, Cipla, Sentiss Pharma Pvt. Ltd., and FDC Limited, where he successfully led complex infrastructure projects, streamlined operations, and ensured compliance with stringent global regulatory standards.

At HTL Biopharma, Balaji will lead the company’s strategic projects and manufacturing optimization initiatives, focusing on driving innovation, process efficiency, and operational excellence to strengthen the company’s growth trajectory in the biopharmaceutical sector.
