Texas Transformers & Equipment has strengthened its executive leadership with the appointment of Sujay Ghuge as Co-founder & Managing Partner - Strategy & Digital Transformation. In this role, Sujay will provide strategic oversight across business operations, growth initiatives, and digital modernization, with a mandate to scale the company’s North American footprint in UL-certified pad-mounted and power transformers. His focus spans enterprise strategy, go-to-market execution, customer experience, and the development of long-term partnerships with OEMs, EPCs, utilities, and large industrial customers.

Sujay brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology strategy, business transformation, and execution excellence. He has led complex digital and operational transformation programs across manufacturing, energy, and industrial ecosystems, consistently aligning technology investments with measurable business outcomes. Known for his ability to translate strategy into action, he emphasizes reliability, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

Prior to joining Texas Transformers & Equipment, Sujay held senior leadership roles at Lennox International and Accenture and served as an advisor to global enterprises through AlphaSights. His work has supported Fortune-level organizations including Dow Chemical, Coca-Cola, Nationwide, Kaiser Permanente, and Wyndham, driving modernization across digital platforms, operating models, and customer experience.
