TeraNova Data Centers has appointed Madhuri Mhamankar as Chief People Officer. In her new role, she will focus on building the organisation’s people practices and culture while supporting its growth as it contributes to India’s digital infrastructure development.
Madhuri brings experience across human resources, people strategy and organisational development. Her professional journey includes leadership and HR roles at Yotta Data Services, Jio, Reliance Communications and GCX, along with experience at Mumbai Rozgaar and Mediascope Publicitas. She is an XLRI Jamshedpur alumna and holds an MBA.
In her new role, Madhuri will focus on creating opportunities for employees to learn, take on meaningful responsibilities and grow alongside the organisation. Her people-first approach is expected to help strengthen talent, leadership and culture as TeraNova scales its digital infrastructure capabilities.
