Synchrony has appointed Apparna Madireddi as Vice President, Human Resources. In her new role, she will support the company’s people and organisational priorities, with a focus on business growth, organisational capabilities and employee experience.
Apparna brings extensive HR leadership experience across global organisations, including Principal Financial Group, Providence India, Deloitte India, Cognizant and Randstad. Her expertise spans HR business partnering, organisational transformation, employee experience, talent management, workforce planning, culture, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, recruitment and leadership advisory.
Her experience across technology and global business environments is expected to support Synchrony’s people strategy, strengthen organisational capabilities and advance its focus on employee engagement and talent development.
