Alkem Laboratories Ltd. has promoted Seasoned Leader Tapasya Dube to MANAGER - CORPORATE HR & EMERGING MARKETS, recognising her professional growth and contributions to human resources and talent management.
Tapasya has been associated with Alkem Laboratories for over five years, building expertise across corporate human resources, talent acquisition and people management. In her previous role, she served as Deputy Manager - Corporate HR & Talent Acquisition.
Before that, she worked as Assistant Manager - Corporate Talent Acquisition and Senior Executive - Human Resources. Her career progression reflects a steady expansion of responsibilities across HR operations and recruitment.
Tapasya began her professional journey with an onboarding traineeship at DCB Bank and gained early industry exposure as a Human Resources Intern at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts.
In her new role, she will focus on corporate HR and emerging markets, contributing to the organisation’s people strategy and evolving talent priorities.
