Flipkart has elevated Kaifee S. to VICE PRESIDENT - HUMAN RESOURCES, marking a new milestone in his career following nearly a decade with the e-commerce company.
Kaifee has been associated with Flipkart for over nine years, progressing through multiple HR leadership positions. Before his latest elevation, he served as Senior Director - HR from October 2024 to October 2026, having previously held the role of Director - HR for over four years. He joined the company in September 2017 as Associate Director - HR.
His career at Flipkart reflects extensive experience in human resources leadership, talent strategy and organisational development, supported by a track record of progression across increasingly senior responsibilities.
Before joining Flipkart, Kaifee spent nearly five years at Bharti Airtel. His responsibilities included serving as Deputy General Manager and HR Head for the Bihar and Jharkhand circle, as well as leading talent management as Senior Manager.
In his new role, Kaifee will contribute to Flipkart’s people strategy, leadership development and organisational priorities as the company continues to evolve in India’s competitive e-commerce sector.
