Samar Gupta has been appointed Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Spark Minda, marking a strategic leadership move aimed at strengthening the organization’s enterprise technology framework and digital transformation agenda.

In this role, Samar will oversee group-wide IT strategy, digital innovation initiatives, and technology infrastructure, aligning information systems with the company’s long-term business objectives. He is also expected to play a key role in building data-driven decision frameworks, enhancing cybersecurity posture, and accelerating digital adoption across Spark Minda’s global operations.

Samar brings exemplary experience in enterprise technology leadership, IT infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation across large multinational organizations. Prior to joining Spark Minda, he served as Vice President and Head – Group IT at Anand Group, where he led enterprise-wide technology initiatives and modernization programs.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Stryker, Actis, and Microsoft, gaining deep expertise in enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, and global IT service delivery.
