Rajeev Bahl has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at SilverCare Eldercare, bringing nearly five decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, commercial strategy, training and business development.

Throughout his career, Rajeev has worked across diverse business functions, combining strategic thinking with operational expertise and a strong focus on people development. His experience includes mentoring professionals, supporting business growth, developing teams and encouraging new approaches to complex challenges.

In his new role as COO, Rajeev will contribute to strengthening SilverCare’s operational framework, enhancing service delivery and supporting the organisation’s efforts to build a structured and responsive eldercare ecosystem.
