Fractal has appointed Shilpa Kedia as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience across finance leadership, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and investor relations.
Before joining Fractal, Shilpa served as Senior Finance Director and CFO at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, she was Group Finance Controller and Head of Investor Relations at Unilever, where she also led Mergers and Acquisitions, Treasury and Insurance.
During her earlier tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Shilpa held multiple finance leadership roles, including Finance Director and CFO for J&J Medical India and senior positions across supply chain and business finance. She began her career with Tata Teleservices after joining the Tata Administrative Services (TAS) programme and later spent more than five years at Nokia in various finance roles.
In her new role at Fractal, Shilpa will bring her expertise in financial stewardship, value creation and strategic finance to support the company's growth as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-led transformation.
