Bravura Solutions has appointed Shawn Blackmore as Director of Growth, APAC, bringing an experienced financial services leader into the company’s growth leadership team. In his new role, he will focus on driving growth across the Asia-Pacific region, leveraging his extensive experience in financial services, operations, product, member experience, and strategic advisory.
He brings more than two decades of financial services experience across operations, product, administration, sales, digital transformation, and customer experience. Before joining Bravura, he was Chief Officer – Retirement at AustralianSuper, where he was responsible for delivering the fund’s retirement offering and previously led Member Experience and Advice, including service channels, insurance, digital, and advice and education. Earlier, he held operations leadership roles at AustralianSuper and Perpetual, as well as a product management role at Mellon Australia. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director at togetherAI and is a Partner at TheThinkery.com.au.
