Enterprise AI
The alliance aims to establish a centralised control plane for discovering, securing, governing, observing and measuring enterprise AI deployments. It will focus on addressing growing challenges around AI agents, security risks and enterprise oversight.
The collaboration will follow three models: jointly developing solutions on ServiceNow’s Super Intelligence Control Tower, delivering pre-integrated solutions that meet its qualification and certification standards, and jointly marketing and selling integrated offerings globally.
“As AI agents have exploded in number and capacity, it’s become clear that no single solution, no matter how powerful, can see everything, protect anything on its own,” said Amit Zavery, President, Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer at ServiceNow.
Founding members also highlighted the need for runtime safeguards, cross-platform controls and built-in security as enterprises move AI initiatives from pilots to production.
