Karnataka Minister Priyank M Kharge inaugurated the new facility, welcoming RSM’s investment and highlighting Bengaluru’s position as a leading destination for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), technology-led growth and skilled talent development.
RSM’s India workforce has grown nearly sixfold in less than five years, from approximately 700 employees to 4,200. Its Bengaluru workforce has also increased by more than 200% over the past three years.
Ashokkumar Prabhakar, RSM US India Leader, said the expansion reflects the company’s confidence in Bengaluru’s talent and its long-term commitment to India’s role within RSM US.
The new office features technology-enabled meeting and learning spaces, flexible work environments and wellness facilities. RSM is also expanding its national footprint, with its Hyderabad office scheduled for inauguration on October 29.
