ServiceNow has elevated Stita Misra to Director – Talent Acquisition, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the Asia-Pacific region.

In her new role, Stita will lead talent acquisition strategy for go-to-market and corporate functions across APAC. Her mandate includes strengthening hiring frameworks, driving strategic workforce planning, and building leadership talent pipelines to support the company’s continued growth across global markets.

Prior to this elevation, Stita served as APAC Talent Acquisition Leader – GTM & Corporate Functions at ServiceNow, where she played a major role in scaling recruitment strategies and enabling leadership hiring across the region.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than seven years with VMware, holding multiple talent acquisition leadership roles focused on strategic hiring and talent programs. She also worked with Infosys, where she contributed to recruitment analytics and talent acquisition initiatives.
